Open Service Data  Co., LTd (also called OPSE) was established since 2017 from a group of friends who are not the top and well-behaved students in class. But we have common aims to make studying is not a compulsory duty but a demanding attention and graduated with knowledgeable and well-grounded person.

To make this happen, we need to focus from top to bottom of whole education process such as resources for lecturers, learning tools, contents and etc. and seek the opportunity in which we can achieve.
Then, we have started this business from providing academic resources such as books, ebooks and databases to university libraries and provide training to direct users as much as we can.

Having experiences in this business for a past decade of our management team, we have seen the opportunities and believed that Thailand education have high potential to be growth and developed. Then it come to our vision that
